The 2025 Southern Leadership Organizing Convening is scheduled for June 3 – 5, 2025, at Clark Atlanta University and IBEW Building in Atlanta, Georgia, under the theme, “The Power of the Ballot, The Book and The Buck!”
The NCBCP TWD Jr. Southern Organizing Leadership Convening (The Southern Organizing Convening) is a dynamic and critical gathering that brings together national and state-based leaders, scholars, organizers, students and allies to share research, foster collaboration and strategic action for long-term power building to achieve political, economic and social justice in Black and underserved communities, with a special focus on The Southern Region of the United States.
